Welcome to the home of the North Texas Jets! We are a member of the competitive Denton County Youth Football League (DCYFL). We look forward to working with your child and teaching them the fundamentals of football, spirit of good sportsmanship, individual discipline and the concept of working as a team.

Football can be a potentially dangerous sport. As coaches, we will commit to working with your child and teaching them at each and every practice. It is imperative that your child make every effort to attend practice, with the exceptions of illness or excessive homework. Practices are important to insure that the players understand the proper techniques and their individual role when they are on the field.  Our focuses are on team and individual development. We accomplish this mainly through our practices. Each and every child will have an opportunity to learn the game and develop as football players in practice.

Most of the coaches are parents, like you, and all volunteer their time for free. If you have any ideas, issues or concerns, we welcome your feedback. We ask that these be addressed in a respectful manner outside of practice time. Your attendance at practices and games is encouraged. We do respectfully ask that you resist the temptation to come onto the field to work individually with your child. Additionally, parents are not permitted on the sidelines during games, unless authorized by the coaching staff. All parents, players and spectators will be required to adhere to the rules and bylaws of the DCYFL.

Even though cases are not increasing at the rate they were, our organization will continue operating under the guidance of Denton ISD protocols and will make adjust as needed when it comes to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
